When to get off the Calorie Train

Health is such a huge issue we all have to deal with, it impacts everything we do.  If you are a healthy person you  would be free of all medical problems! What does it take to be considered at least reasonably healthy?  Working out, balanced diet and positive outlook on life!  Well, that's sounds easy enough right? Well, that doesn't work for everyone.  Different types of jobs and lifestyles don't allow room for the hour workout,  or the eat 3meals and 2snack routine.  Some of us are lucky enough to get 2 meals in. 
I know a few people who now can't enjoy parties or invites to dinner because they are too busy counting calories,  weighing food.  I can't live that; "opps, I had a cookie that's why I didn't lose the weight crap." That's why I love Plexus.  It is just a drink in the morning before breakfast.  Notice: before breakfast!  Not a meal replacement.  It curbs your appetite,  and you lose fat not muscle.

Well for me, I don't deal well with restrictions.  The more "No you can't do that or eat that" makes me want to do it. For the most part it's simple really 1cookie didn't get you the way you are!  The piece of lasagna at your favorite restaurant didn't either.  The problem stared when you began to consume too much of it.
Tips to having a better life!
1.Try cutting down your portions.
2. Add a veggie and a fruit.
3. Substitute white bread for wheat/or multi grain. White rice for brown!
4. Smoothie as a snack /or yogurt add berries.
5.Break up your exercise routine into 20 minutes and increase every week by 10 minutes. 
6. Give yourself a cheat day/( 2 or 3 but no more)have a small portion of you are craving.
7. Add friends: try doing workout routine with a group.
8. Dancing , walking the mall (excuse to shop), skating, walking tours.
9. Walk for a cause
10. Include your kids (they may like it and push you to stay motivated)

A little bit of biting and hair pulling!

Well today you guys I want to talk a little bit about the world of Domination and submittion. I am a Dominant woman. I enjoy being the Boss, I am the owner of a few small businesses and a hustler by DNA. Being the boss comes naturally to me. Ladies Warning Proceed with caution!

Ladies if you have not heard the new song by Ray J dedicated to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West then click the link above. I must admit that this song is quite catchy, it is a booty shaker/twerk song!
But ladies when I say, to choose a guy but proceed with caution this is one of the examples why!  First of all, no one wants someone that is so spiteful that everytime you move on with your life and find a little happiness they have to put out a video of your personal business or a song, write comments on social media to be able to get some kind of reaction from you. To me it seems like, instead of being what you consider an adult you are a child because this is truly childish. How dare you take a loving relationship with secret moments and Trust and turn it into something so ugly! No Kim is not a angel but she doesn't deserve to be ridiculed by Ray J every time you turn around. What this says to ordinary people is ladies do not video tape any actions that you may live to regret later. Find out more about your partner like his real name, what he does for a living. Meet his family, go to his home observe his surroundings before you get intimate with him. And I really can't just say ladies this goes for men in as well. It's crazy that people get in their feelings and start to bash there once love of their lives when the relationship is over. Get over it sometimes it could be the best thing you never had! Like the saying said what God has for you he has for you.
Sorry for me there are way too many options to stay stuck about one! When you act this way what does it truly say about you. Well I can think of a few things: 1 you truly are not over the relationship, you are also the one that was hurt, someone is throwing it up in your face, you have not moved on, you need closure and it is not being given to you.
